From the Goat to the Cheese

Join us to learn the basics of homesteading goats and also create your very own soft cheese! Our friend Jennifer Knoetgen from Mountain Meat Shares will share what she’s learned from her homestead over the past 20 year and teach you the hands-on skills to turn milk into cheese. This workshop is beginner friendly and perfect for anyone curious about raising goats and cultivating skills in cheese making.

This workshop will be held at the Missoula Food Bank in their Learning Kitchen.
