2026 ServSafe® Food Manager Training and Certification

The food manager course is an in-depth look at food safety in preparation for a 5-year ServSafe food manager certification. This course covers the following topics: safe food, forms of contamination, flow of food, food safety management systems, safe facilities, cleaning and sanitizing.
