Feast Raw Bar & Bistro opened in 2015 with a desire to bring fine cuisine with a focus on fresh, sustainably sourced seafood to Bozeman.
Nearly all of Feast’s delicious menu supports produce, meat and fish farmed or harvested in a sustainable manner. They said, “The strength of the local food system directly impacts our mission to provide a fantastic dining experience for our guests. Quality and freshness are at their peak when a product can be delivered just hours after it was harvested.”
In addition to serving local goat cheese, lentils, chickpeas, beef, and vegetables, they also compost food scraps Happy Trash Can Curbside Composting, recycle fryer oil, and donate a portion of sales every month to a local non profit Human Resource Development Council of District IX through the Feast Gives program.
