Ranchers Stewardship Alliance is excited to launch a new educational offering: the RSA Virtual Classroom. This live Zoom session feels like sitting in a classroom, minus the need for a bathroom pass.

The first topic is digital mapping tools. “Mapping with Maida” introduces three free tools: Rangeland Analysis Platform Production Explorer, Stock Smart, and Google Earth Pro. Participants will learn how these tools can support grazing management, calculate stocking rates, and create custom ranch maps.

No prior mapping experience is needed. This session is designed for beginners. All tools are free and best accessed on a computer.

The course is led by Maida Knapton, RSA Mapping and GIS Specialist.
