PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Fermentation is a flavorful way to extend the life of your fresh produce. Learn how simple it is to make nutritious, delicious ferments with your garden goods!
This hands-on workshop will walk you through the basic steps of lacto-fermentation. Beginning with fresh vegetables, you’ll go home with a jar that just days away from being fantasically fermented!
We’ll also taste a few ferments provided by the instructor.
