Village Markets director and local artisan, Kassie Dawn, will be guiding a Valentine’s Charcuterie Workshop on Friday, February 14th, located at Bigfork Coffee House in downtown Bigfork, Montana. (Address: 482 Osborne Avenue, Bigfork, MT 59911). Note: parking is conveniently located just across from the venue. Additional parking is available throughout downtown Bigfork.

The Valentine’s Charcuterie Workshop is an immersive experience that combines basic kitchen skills and food pairing. Participants are invited to indulge in their culinary senses and assemble a custom single-serve charcuterie teacup to enjoy or gift to a loved one.

Included in the workshop is a complimentary 12-oz coffee or tea from the venue, Bigfork Coffee House (applicable only during workshop hours). Upon arrival, each participant will recieve a drink ticket, which they can use to order their drink.
