Join Nancy in their Farmhouse Kitchen for a morning of everything sourdough, the art & skill of it all. Sourdough bread is flour, water, and salt – but once you learn the why’s and how’s this simple bread will be a staple in your household, and a healthy one at that!
Grinding grains, making starters, growing wild yeast, troubleshooting, answering questions, making dough, and baking bread. This is one of Border Farms most popular classes and if you would like to learn more about sourdough and the process they would love to have you.
You will also receive their booklet on Sourdough Bread Making.
If you would like additional starter for a friend or family, they will have more available for purchase.
