Border Farm Kitchen

This class will be in the Border Farm Kitchen and go through all of the steps and stages of traditional sourdough bread making. From the feeding the starter, dough, proofing, scoring, and baking. Troubleshooting and considerations, as well as taste testing!

Sourdough bread is just flour, water, and salt – but once you learn the why’s and how’s this simple bread will be a staple in your household, and a healthy one at that!

You will also receive Nancy’s booklet on Sourdough Bread Making.

There will be LIVE starter available for purchase.

There are no refunds/transfers once reg/pay have been received. Each class is small with limited space.
