Join us at Cultivating Connections for this delightful holiday baking workshop! Are you ready for the best homemade gifts this year? Cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, babka? All naturally leavened. This workshop will walk you through the basics of how to work with an enriched (brioche) sourdough and how incredibly versatile it is.

You’ll receive a sourdough starter, printable recipe booklet and will include all the baking material to make up your brioche dough to create anything you like to bake at home.

Please Note: We highly recommend that you have a basic contempt of the process of sourdough baking before taking this class or understand the concept of feeding and maintaining your starter before coming to this workshop

*please note that the nature of a brioche dough has both milk and butter included this may not be suitable for everyone
