ServSafe training is back! Felicia O’Brien, Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Agent, is now a Certified ServSafe Instructor and a Registered ServSafe Proctor. A ServSafe Food Manager training and certification class is scheduled for Friday, November 8 from 8:30am to 5pm at the Extension office.
