– Important facts about pig anatomy
– How to skin and quarter a pig for roasting
– Concept of how to scrap the outer hide for a whole pig roast
– Cooking tips for how to prep, store, and cook your feast
– How to cultivate resilient and self-reliant food systems
Ticket price includes 3 1/2 hour hands-on workshop, one-on-one coaching, and a quartered pot-bellied pig to take home (approx. 30-40 lbs of organic meat)!
