Northwest Food Hub Network Summit

Looking to strengthen your food hub, expand partnerships, and connect with others building regional food systems?
Hosted by Mission West, the Northwest Food Hub Network Summit is a two-day, in-person event taking place March 12–13, 2026 at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
This annual Summit brings together:
-Food hub staff and managers
-Local producers selling or interested in selling through food hubs or cooperatives
-State agency partners
-Community organizations and advocates
-Anyone interested in cooperative solutions for local food access
Attendees will take part in farm and facility tours, regional partnership panels, role-based breakout sessions, and structured networking designed to help people connect, share ideas, and build stronger partnerships across the Northwest.
Registration is open now and will close Friday, February 27, or earlier if the event sells out.
If this work is part of what you do, we encourage you to join us.
The Summit is for anyone who believes that our food system works better when we work together. What began as a humble meeting of a handful of food hub organizers in 2022 has gained momentum. The upcoming fifth annual edition will welcome audience members who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table.
- Local food producers who sell (or interested in selling) through a food hub or cooperative
- Food hub staff members from across all roles, experience levels, and sociocultural settings
- State agency representatives supportive of our vision for a vibrant regional food system
- Allies and advocates involved in community-based non-profits and organizing initiatives
- Community members who want to learn about cooperative solutions for local food access
