Chef Eduardo invites you to journey with him on an in-person weekend experience at one of Montana’s most iconic historic lodges, on the shores of Seeley Lake. This weekend is thoughtfully designed to take guests deep into a story of local food and connection to place, plate, and palette.
From campfire cocktails to culinary skills workshops, the weekend will be a guided, hands-on celebration of local food and regenerative agriculture, culminating in a grand meal on Saturday evening. Guests will also have time to relax or seek adventure on their own.
With a cooking style that invites engagement, Chef Eduardo encourages guests to ask questions, interact, and participate as much or as little as they’d like throughout the cooking process. This is more than just sitting down for a meal – this is about connecting through food.
The base price of this unique culinary experience is $795/person plus lodging.
