Learn Backyard Chicken Butchering

Learn from Farmer Henry the easiest, most humane way to kill poultry, how to gut a bird, and how to set yourself up for backyard butchering.

Take home 4 birds that You process!

All chickens will be cornish-cross, slow-grown for 10 weeks, and are raised following Organic Standards. They are fed 100% Certified Organic Montana-grown chick starter, grain, peas, and all the bugs and plants they can forage. They are raised outside with free range access, and can engage in normal, healthy chicken behaviors such as dust bathing and foraging.

As young chicks , they will be well loved, petted, and fed by visiting school groups!
