Want to learn a new style of cooking?
Join me and Ariel, the founder/owner of Jung-a’s, a handmade kimchi business in Missoula. Ariel will teach us how to make dakbokkeumtang, a traditional braised chicken dish. We will be making rice from scratch, along with a few side dishes for a little Korean bapsang (meal).
This will be a hands-on workshop where we prepare and enjoy the meal together.
