The North American Center for Saffron Research and Development at the University of Vermont and Rodale Institute in Pennsylvania are hosting the 10th annual workshop on saffron. The event will be online, with presentations for both beginning and experienced growers. Growers and researchers from the U.S. and beyond will share their knowledge about growing, fertilization, quality testing, genetics, and, of course, selling this precious crop.
