Each month a different homesteading skill will be taught from April to November. These classes are on a Sunday afternoon from 3pm – 5pm except for October’s workshop on Pressure Canning that will begin at noon.

Herbs are a great way to begin your homesteading journey or take it to a whole new level. In this hands-on workshop you will plant your own herb window garden to take home, make an herb-infused vinegar, and learn various ways to preserve herbs for year-round use. Fresh herbs can infuse any meal with flavors that make your brain and body very happy like lavender lemonade or a homegrown mint iced tea.
