The Helena Sun Run is an annual fundraiser 5K/1-Mile run to raise money for solar panels on local public and non-profit buildings with the goal of making Helena a beacon of renewable energy. For the 10th annual event, they are finishing up fundraising for a solar project at the new Helena Food Share building at 1280 Boulder Ave, a project that will significantly reduce HFS’s energy costs and help them have a greater impact in the community
