Purple Frog Gardens is a family-owned market farm in Whitefish, cultivating food and flowers since 1991. The farm grows a variety of fruits, berries and vegetables using non-GMO seeds and sustainable practices that focus on building healthy soil. After each tour, make pizzas in the outdoor kitchen using sauces, cheeses and toppings made from Montana-grown ingredients. 6/14 tour includes “Perennials for Your Yard” workshop and $20 worth of plants to take home. 7/17 tour includes “Garlic!” workshop and garlic scapes and a mint plant to take home. 8/14 tour includes “Family Day” workshop and seed packets you’ll harvest and package to take home. Limited on-site parking. Carpooling encouraged.
