Join Missoula County Department of Ecology and Extension for Will’s Noods egg dough pasta class, their intermediate-level pasta-making class. Each participant will learn to make an egg dough and how to make 6 shapes: pappardelle, farfalle, barchette, garganelli, spaghetti Alla chitarra, and corzetti.

Participants will go home with pasta tools to make all of the shapes they learned in class and will be served dinner at the end of class using the pasta they made that day!
