Land to Hand is thrilled to announce that Free the Seeds will be back for its 11th year in 2026! Free the Seeds will be held on March 7th, 2026, from 9am – 3pm in the Arts and Technology building at Flathead Valley Community College.

Free the Seeds is a gardening and food system educational event for all ages. We give away thousands of packets of seeds, offer booth space and sponsorship opportunities for local organizations, and host educational workshops. This is a free event, but a suggested donation of $5 per person or $10 per family helps offset the cost of this event.
