Join Blue Mountain Flowers at Cambie Coffee & Taphouse for an afternoon of grounding, floral design, journaling, and connection.

Led by local flower farmers Caitlyn of Blue Mountain Flowers and Jesika of Westwood Flower Farm, this hands-on workshop will invite you to:

• Slow down with guided grounding and reflective journaling.
• Learn about locally grown spring blooms and how to care for them.
• Create your own garden-style arrangement in a ceramic compote.
• Sip a complimentary drink from Cambie while connecting with others.

You’ll leave with a floral arrangement you designed, a floral-inspired journal, and a renewed sense of presence and creative joy.
