Join us for an afternoon of making the world’s best comfort food: bread, butter and jam. We will learn how to bake sourdough from scratch, make a batch of butter from cream and craft and can a pint of jam. We will cover not only the basic “how to’s” but also discuss ingredients, sourcing and local food opportunities.
And we’ll tour the farm!
Participants will take home:
-Ready-to-bake dough
-Butter
-Pint of jam
