Bryan Barrett-Catton has perfected the art of making kombucha after years of homebrewing. We met him as a community gardener, and quickly picked up on his passion for booch!
Alexandra Brown instructs workshops both in the kitchen and garden, and facilitates our workshop series as the Community Education Coordinator. From apprenticing with a Master Preserver to working on several farms, she knows her way around the kitchen and garden!
