Bear Canyon Farm Gardening Seminar

Come and Join Bear Canyon Farm for a day of practical, eye opening gardening classes, meet new gardening friends, and get behind the scenes access see how seedlings are started on the farm.
10:00 am: “Getting your Garden to Work for You”
Learn how to cut hours off of your weeding and watering schedule, how to accomplish more with less work, and how to plan a garden which will allow for a summer vacation.
11:00 am: “Keys to a Great Harvest without Overwhelm”
Discover how to plan your garden for continual harvests for spring through fall, and avoid disappointing yields by learning what crops to plant when, and gardening keys which lead to best results.
12:00 pm: “Season Extension for the Home Garden”
Get equipped with the knowledge to keep harvesting from your garden after those pesky first frosts and light snows. Uncover the strategies to have tomatoes in November, and harvest greens and super sweet carrots after snowfall.
When: March 15, 2026 – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
What: 3 Gardening classes, and optional tour of the farm’s seed starting area.

Registration Fee:
Early Bird Registration: $75 per person by February 22
Late Registration: $90 per person by March 6

* We need at least 10 confirmed participants by March 6th in order for class to happen. If not, those who have registered and payed will receive full refunds and a cancelation email on March 8th.
