If you can’t make a meeting that was scheduled with you, simply decline the meeting in your Google meeting invite.
If you need to reschedule a meeting at the last minute please call or email whomever you are meeting with directly. You can then reschedule the meeting through their “schedule a meeting link.”
If you would rather just talk on the phone simply reach out directly to whomever you are meeting with you communicate your meeting preference. You will still have a Google meeting scheduled to prevent any scheduling overlap.

If you are a producer please feel free to reach out to buyers as well! You will not be able to schedule a meeting directly with their calendar but you can contact them directly based on their preference (found in the directory) and invite them to schedule a meeting with you.
