1. Producers tell us what local food they have for sale and their availability to meet virtually with buyers Feb 13-19.
2. Buyers tell us what local food they’re looking for.
3. AMT makes this information available, and facilitates producers and buyers meeting virtually about wholesale opportunities.

What to do if you can’t make a meeting that was scheduled with you?

If you can’t make a meeting that was scheduled with you, simply decline the meeting in your Google meeting invite. 

What to do if you need to cancel a meeting at the last minute?

If you need to reschedule a meeting at the last minute please call or email whomever you are meeting with directly. You can then reschedule the meeting through their “schedule a meeting link.”

What if I would rather just talk on the phone and not through a Google meeting?

If you would rather just talk on the phone simply reach out directly to whomever you are meeting with you communicate your meeting preference. You will still have a Google meeting scheduled to prevent any scheduling overlap.

What to do if I need to adjust my calendar availability?

For specific calendar availability needs please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Abundant Connections Calendar”

What to do if I am a producer that wants to reach out to a specific buyer?

If you are a producer please feel free to reach out to buyers as well! You will not be able to schedule a meeting directly with their calendar but you can contact them directly based on their preference (found in the directory) and invite them to schedule a meeting with you.  

What to do if there is a problem with my listing?
