The Broadwater County 4-H Livestock Committee is hosting a 4-H & FFA Meat Science Education Day on Saturday, April 25 from 1:00–4:30 pm in Townsend!

This statewide event explores meat science from the farm to the fork through hands-on, interactive learning. Session highlights include:

• Sausage making
• Rabbit & poultry processing
• Virtual reality learning
• Meat kitchen chemistry
• Food safety
• Taste testing
• And so much more!

Intentionally including ALL livestock species—including poultry, rabbits, and goats—so there’s something for everyone!
Cost: $10 per member
Pre-registration required (opens in March)
Open to 4-H & FFA members statewide
