Backyards of Broadwater is a self-guided yard and garden tour organized by Broadwater County Master Gardeners and MSU Extension – Broadwater County. It highlights community members with unique and innovative landscapes and gardens, and provides an opportunity to network with others and share the lessons learned along the way. Proceeds from the event support community horticulture projects. Past beneficiaries includes the Townsend Tree Board, Townsend Garden Club & Study and gardening programs at Townsend Schools.
