Shan is the result of a whole lot of wanderlust -- over 20 years chasing deliciousness across Asia. Our food is inspired by the sort of things one might eat in the mountains of Southwest China, or Northern Thailand -- using as many local products as we can find.
山 (Shan) -- the Chinese character for mountains, is both the name of the restaurant, and a guiding force in the sort of things we choose to cook.
