Two locations - a year-round cafe inside of the Super 8 Motel and a season food truck
Cafe - We opened the indoor location in the Super 8 Motel in May of 2024. We proudly serve great espresso, cappuccino, lattes, cold brew method coffee and just regular ole coffee using freshly roasted beans from Ghost Town Coffee in Bozeman, MT. Try them iced with our unique coffee ice cubes for a special treat. We also serve a variety of teas drinks, energy style drinks, Italian sodas and more. The smell of fresh baked croissants will draw you in. We strive to source as many local or regional ingredients as possible. Try our sausage from Olive Branch Pork in Bridger, MT, our ham & bacon from Daniels meats in Bozeman, our fresh Montana Eggs from Wilcox and our baked goods made with ancient grain Kamut flour from Fort Benton, MT. We have the good ole American breakfast (eggs, meat & hashbrowns), burritos and sandwiches or kick up your breakfast with our huckleberry French toast. You will also find a variety of baked good and a spectacular view out the window to top off your visit. We are always changing up our menu so stop in and check it out.
Food Truck - We have brought back most of our star sellers including our fabulous fresh cut fries. We like to think they ARE the best in town. Adding to our line up of fries and loaded fries is our Wyoming Huckleberry Bison Brat. From Bovine & Swine in Jackson WY, it is slightly sweet and can paired on its own in a bun or with either our elk or venison brat for a real taste of something different. Our ground beef comes from Blue Creek Marbled ranch outside of Billings, MT. Our popular Chicken Tikka Masala and our Stir Fry are still available also. Both available as vegetarian options. Don't settle for overpriced mass produced burgers! Locally sourced & locally owned.
