Our Toasted Oat Bread mix makes a full loaf of bread that is consistently described by our customers as “real bread”, a high compliment in the gluten free community! Montana Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix functions as a 1-to-1 replacement for wheat four in most recipes. We also have dessert & pastry mixes, other bread mixes, oat bran, and oatmeal. We provide the only truly raw oatmeal in North America; no heat or moisture is applied in any part of our process. Additionally, our unprocessed raw oats are sold as a rice replacement (Naked Oats aka. Rocky Mountain Rice) and can be sprouted to produce edible sprouts, sprouted baked goods, and malt for beer and baking. All of our products are tested with the R5 and G12 ELISA antibody assays to verify the absence of gluten and consistently test at below 3 ppm, lower than the FDA mandated 20 ppm for gluten free products. All of our products are Kosher and certified by the Non-GMO Project.
