We partner directly with nearby growers and ranchers and raise Coturnix quail for meat and eggs, along with ducks and chickens, to feature seasonal produce, pasture-raised meats, and small-batch pantry items. We prioritize regenerative practices, transparency, and supporting Montana agriculture to build regional food resilience
