Pelz is a Missoula based food stand selling Russian dumplings, called Pelmeni. Inspired by a small shop in Juneau, AK, Pelz serves their pelmeni with butter, red wine vinegar, cilantro, sriracha, curry powder, sour cream, and a slice of rye bread.
