Pelz is a Missoula based food stand selling Russian dumplings, called Pelmeni. Choose between, beef & pork, or potato, mushroom & leek. Inspired by a small dumpling shop in Juneau, AK, Pelz serves their dumplings with butter, red wine vinegar, cilantro, sriracha, curry powder, sour cream, and a slice of rye bread.
