We are T and Greg and together we make small-batch chocolate through our small business, Front Porch Chocolate. Since we make all of our chocolate in-house, we get to decide exactly what goes into each bar and the kind of packaging it goes in. We make beeswax wraps for our 70% dark bars using beeswax from Smoot Honey Co. and we source our main ingredient, cocoa beans, from sustainable farms around the world. What we add next is always the fun part and using Montana ingredients is our favorite, such as the dried Flathead cherries from Fat Robin Orchard in Polson, MT that go into our Fig & Cherry bar or the spicy chai blend from Cloud Nine Farms in Wilsall, MT that goes into our Chai Rose bar. Anything dried can go into a chocolate bar, so the Big Sky's truly the limit! 🙂
