Founded in 1997 by Carole Sullivan, Mustang Fresh Food (then Mustang Catering), specialized in providing Paradise Valley and Livingston Montana with distinctive menus custom designed to fit each client’s wishes.
In 2001, along with her husband Dan, they opened a restaurant serving uniquely prepared sandwiches, soups, salads and warm entrees using the freshest ingredients.
Now approaching their 3rd decade, Mustang released a much anticipated cookbook “New Frontier Cooking” (formerly “Gatherings”) and moved into their final home at 112 North Main Street.
A casual yet elegant setting, serving dinner seemed to be a natural. Now, along with Chef Nick Pardee, you can experience the same beautiful food that celebrities and locals have enjoyed only at private catered events. Moist and delicious Faroe Island Salmon, perfectly grilled local meats and organic chicken roasted to perfection. This kind of service and food only a chef/owner can provide.
