In 2017, Dish-Ability was born with the mission of providing on-the-job culinary training and employment opportunities to folks with disabilities. In addition to increasing community awareness of the value their employees bring to the community, Dish-Ability supports local farms, ranches, and distributors by sourcing much of their meat locally.
When asked why they support local producers, they said, “The products we can get locally are higher quality than the ones we can get from big box stores, and our customers appreciate the high quality meals we can deliver with local products!”
