Gallatin County Conservation District is excited to announce that they have partnered with three different producers in the valley to host an agricultural land tour event on Friday, July 31st. You will be taking a tour bus to three different properties in the Gallatin Valley and learn firsthand from farmers and ranchers about their operations and how they are using regenerative agricultural practices.

Stops include Gallatin Grown certified seed potatoes, where you will address cover crops and soil health. La Bar Livestock LLC regenerative cattle grazing to discuss intensive grazing management and watch cattle being moved using electric fencing. As well as visiting the Skinner family’s property to understand the overlap between agriculture and wildlife.

Lunch is provided!
