Join Montana Farmers Union from 9am to 1pm for:

• 9:00 – Know your cuts 101 & 102.
  • This will be a live hands on experience with your local butcher while he breaks down a lamb carcass. You will also learn how to communicate your cut order for 1/4, 1/2 and whole lamb, pig and beef, as well as freezer space reaquirements, and networking with your local producers.
• 12:00 – Lunch & Flathead and Western Union Local Meeting.
