This month the Helena Hobbyist Beekeeping Club is meeting at Gardenwerks to discuss how to overwinter your honey bee colony successfully! They’ll cover mite washing, colony components, and will demonstrate the “mountain camp method” for overwintering.

They will be opening the colony, so please come prepared with the proper clothing items, including a veil.
