Trovare is a gourmet food and speciality kitchen store. We are a woman owned, mother/daughter business in the heart of Whitefish, Montana. Think of Trovare as the place for high quality cooking ingredients, single estate extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars, lifetime brands of cookware, award winning gourmet foods and of course, beautiful culinary inspired gift baskets. Our selection of artisan cheeses, charcuterie and our exquisitely curated charcuterie boards are extraordinarily popular.
We carry olive oil and balsamic vinegar, dried herb blends, rubs and seasonings, and pastas from Olivelle in Bozeman; local Huckleberry and Cherry Jams from Sassy Sauces in Lakeside; Corvidae tea towels and mugs that are made in Kalispell; handmade greetings cards from KTF Designs in Butte; multiple different kinds of locally made charcuterie from Grotto Meats in Bozeman; a local pepper blend from Gandy Dancer in Kalispell; two locally made wood cutting/serving boards from Jake Sorensen in Kalispell and Steve Corcoran in Whitefish; handmade pottery bowls by Bob Cass in Whitefish; a few different cookbooks from local authors around the state of Montana; and Bequet Caramels that are made in Bozeman.
