Jackstone Creek Farmstead is a small-scale regenerative farm in Absarokee, MT producing premium pastured Meishan pork to the Stillwater Valley and beyond. We currently offer bulk whole or half hog shares directly to our communities.
Meishan pork is a micromarbled, red meat pork with fantastic flavor and balance. We raise our pigs in a free-range system (no crates, ever), with no corn, soy, antibiotics, or hormones. We believe you can taste the difference and are proud to bring nutritious and delicious, high quality pork to our local communities.
