Devils Fence Beef is truly a labor of love. We believe in hard work and transparency concerning our entire beef to table process. The Devils Fence namesake comes from the geologic area on the south end of the Elkhorn Mountains—a large red rock formation created by a thrusted plate that forms a natural fence and is circular from an aerial view.
