My mission is to raise cattle and sheep in an environmentally and economically sustainable manner and to teach others about how and why I do it this way. Almost all of the ranch is native vegetation, and all of it is perennial. I don’t till the ground. I use low-stress handling strategies for my livestock. I also work hard to improve my soil health and care for soil microbes.
