Lia White

Lia joins the Abundant Montana Board to make a lasting impact on her community through real, sustainable, local foods. As a Senior District Manager for Thomas Cuisine, she supports scratch-made meals in healthcare settings across Montana. Raised in Montana, Lia values nature, community, and home-cooked meals. She holds a Food Science and Human Nutrition degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she deepened her understanding of health, sustainability, and food equity. Lia is passionate about supporting local producers and sharing knowledge statewide.
