You can rest assured that the beef you purchase is good for you, good for the land, and raised in a caring, sustainable manner. We put the long-term health of the land ahead of short-term profit. We don't harvest our cattle until quality is at its peak (typically that's later than even other grass-fed cattle operations). We believe that doing things the right way results in the best quality beef.
