Yellowstone Farmstead started as a dream, and two years ago, I took the leap and launched it while still working full-time in hospitality. I didn’t know if it would take off, but I threw everything I had into it—and the results were incredible. I began selling fresh produce to local chefs and restaurants, and demand quickly outpaced what I could supply.
Now, we’re at an exciting turning point. I recently secured a five-year lease on 8.5 acres of land in Paradise Valley, complete with housing for seasonal workers, farming infrastructure, and the opportunity to host farm-to-table dining events featuring well-known chefs. We’ll be growing even more produce, serving local communities, and turning the farm into a destination for people who love food, farming, and the connection between the two. This is just the beginning of what Yellowstone Farmstead can become.
