Western Sustainability Exchange (WSE) promotes sustainable agriculture throughout Montana and the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. We facilitate the use of sustainable practices by organizing educational workshops and ranch tours on regenerative practices, developing Cost/Benefit Calculators agricultural producers can use to determine the efficacy of various practices on their operation, certifying farms and ranches through our Sustainability Certification program, and increasing the profitability of certified operation by connecting producers to lucrative markets. Western Sustainability Exchange provides certification for sustainable agricultural practices and helps connect certified producers to restaurants, caterers, concessionaires, and other food buyers in WSE's network. Through the Montana Farm to Restaurant Connection, WSE helps restaurants source local, sustainable food and promotes them for doing so.
