At Top Notch Pork, we take pride in providing premium, locally-sourced pork cuts. As a family-run business, we care about every step of the process to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
We purchase our hogs from a nearby Hutterite colony when they weigh about 10 pounds and raise them with care until they're ready for processing. Our hogs are fed CHS Payback feed and ground corn sourced from a trusted local producer.
When the time comes, our hogs are processed at Rancher’s Best in Miles City, a USDA-certified facility. For our cured meats, we partner with Ranch House Meats in Shepherd, MT, ensuring exceptional flavor and quality.
