We bake 100% MT-grown, ancient, whole grain sourdough bread. We primarily use Kamut® khorasan wheat, spelt and rye, which we mill fresh for our sourdough bread. We also use white Kamut® flour to make sourdough bagels.

We bake every Thursday. You can order online, and pick up your bread and bagels between 4-7pm on Thursday.
